How to remove firing pin in CZ 40B?

I have a CZ 52 and have no trouble getting the firing pin out.

Can't figure the 40B out , though.

Be prepared to control the spring-loaded pin as it is released.

Remove the roll pin (item 57a, in the display above.)

Then you simply press on the firing pin safety plunger from the underside of the slide -- just as the gun would do, if the trigger were being pulled.  (See item 58 in the display, above.) The FP will shoot out the back.

I'll bet you forgot about the roll pin.

Will give it a try.

The CZ 52 doesn't have a "roll pin", probably because the firing pin is not spring loaded.

Just pressing the firing pin plunger lets the firing pin drop out.

Thanks
