DEFECT?

Hello!  I hope my question can be answered here:  I have a '98 CZ 75B 9mm.  I bought it NIB last June.  I shoot a lot:  it has 5-6,000 rounds through it.  I clean it after every trip to the range.  Yesterday I was cleaning the inside of the slide where the firing pin hits the primer and noticed a couple of very small specks:  they are not dirt, but are tiny "pits" that I do not remember seeing before.  It is possible they were there but I never noticed them.  Is this  a matter for concern?  The pistol is still on warranty, but I wonder if anyone else has seen this type of "pitting" about 1/16th" below the firing pin hole(facing the breech of the barrel).  HELP!

I've seen this on a number of my guns.  I think its just normal wear and tear.

There's really nothing there that will affect function, and a perfectly flat smooth surface is not required.

(It may be nothing more than wear from hitting against the back of the cartridge as it is stripped from the magazine and push into the chamber.  There's a lot of force at play, there, concentrated on a relatively small area [cartridge rim and breechface].)
