Extractor Question for Angus

I have a custom shop CZSP01 and am currently firing about a thousand rounds a week in practice and matches.
How often should I remove and clean the extractor?
I don't want to wait until extraction problems begin especially during a match, but I don't want to drive that pin out excessively.
What would you recommend?

I would say that cleaning under and around with small brush up to about 3/4 thousand rounds would be Ok, I have taken them out at about 5 6 and proabably should have done it earlier,
having said that it definitly depends on choice of powder I use N320 and that REALLY clen use bullseye and see what happens
