Angus~

Does anyone (you, CZ or other vendor), make extended versions of mag and slide releases for a 75B. I had these items on my Glock 26 and boy did they help.

If you're not shooting  IDPA SSP, you could simply drill/tap the top of the mag release and install a thick flat screw as a mag EXTENSION (and then grind down and polish the head until the groove was gone).   (That change would be illegal in some venues.)   (A gunsmith once made a trigger stop for me in that manner.  Worked perfectly.)

The 85 Combat mag release only adds a small fraction of an inch in height to the mag release.  Not sure its worth the effort.

There are extended slide releases around, as I have one mounted on my 75 Compact; I got it from Eric (UT83) who picked up several, a couple of years ago.  He hasn't seen any, since (according to recent response.)

EAA slide stops don't always fit and seldom hold back the slide with an empty mag.

I don't compete so that is not a consideration. I'll ask my local smith if he'd like to try your drill and tap idea.

Thanks

I found the CZ85 mag release to have just enough extension to make a difference..it is flatter and checkered so it extends out a little further...

and not far enough that I can activate it accidently..

but something you just gotta try..

Kryptonite only bothers Superman.  (And gunsmiths who don't have carbide drills.)
