CZ82 Price Check, and a Few Questions
« on: July 21, 2008, 06:28:54 PM »
Found a CZ82 with 2 mags, holster, lanyard, and cleaning rod...$209.95.

Never shot or handled the CZ82, cna anyone compare it witha Makarov?

I have a surplus Bulgy Mak, and really like it...can anyone give a contrast between the two?

Thanks, QD67

I can't compare the two pistols but my CZ82 is my primary carry pistol.  It is accurate and built like a tank.  In addition, for that price, jump on it. The finish may be a bit rough but I stripped the baked emanel off of mine and cold blued it.  I'm just waiting for my new grips from Marschal Grips.  They seem to be taking their time making the delivery.

Well I got it...very good condition, grips like new, finish 90%, 1 mag looks like new, the other looks well used but functionally OK. Holster fair with 2 names written on it.

Trigger SA is awesome, DA very good.

Can't wait to shoot this baby  ;)

I do love the Makarov, so simple (only 27 parts) and oh so reliable too, but the 82 has a better grip angle and handles a bit better overall in my opinion, but the Mak is a fine handgun and you need to own several of each, like I do!

9mm Mak attach......

All nice looking guns.  What is the finish on the first set?

Hey quickdraw just curious where you got your 82 from? The price is similar to the handpicked I ordered from SOG yesterday and wasn't sure if that's who you used. I am curious to see the condition of mine since the site stated they were in good to very good condition.  Thanks

Pirate, love the finishes on your guns.  What is the finish and where did you have it done?  Thanks,
