The Attorney General openly called Americans "cowards" for not addressing race issues to his satisfaction. Now, I know America is not perfect yet in regards to racial issues, but we are NOT a nation of "cowards."
I recently sent a letter to my federal officials using
www.congress.org , which I think is a great forum and tool for contacting your congresspersons and asking them to take action. Below is a copy of my letter if you want to copy and paste it yourselves in a note to your own congressional leaders:
Subject: Please ask Attorney General Eric Holder to resign for calling nation "cowards"
Attorney General Eric Holder recently called the entire nation "cowards"
for not openly discussing race issues. I think America has come along way
in terms of race and is a brave nation.
Mr. Holder has publicly insulted our entire nation, this nation which
fights overseas to free others and which spends billions on AIDS drugs to
extend the lives of many afflicted in Africa. Surely we are not a nation
filled with a majority of racists and cowards.
I feel it is time for Mr. Holder to resign and to be replaced with someone
who sees and appreciates the greatness of the American people. Folks will
not have faith in an attorney general from a city rife with crime, who
disdains 2nd Amendment freedoms in opposition to the recent Supreme Court
ruling, and who openly disrespects the American people.
Please encourage his resignation and replacement for the good of our
nation.
