What would 2 CZ75s (bought 93) Mint Condition Go for?
« on: March 16, 2009, 07:22:40 AM »
I have 2 CZ75s I bought as soon as I found out they were avaliable here in the US back in 93.  They are in MINT (almost new look'n) condition and both have Crimson Trace Lasers on  them, plus 3 magazines for each gun.

Thanks, I hope I posted this in the right spot...if not Moderaters please don't be too cross with me!

Thanks,
Skyline

I would check auctionarms.com and gunbroker.com (and other auctions websites) completed auctions and see what others have been buying/selling similar ones for.

Plus $75 -100 for the CT grips.

I'd guess around $575-$600 apiece.  No way you'll recoup full cost for the Crimson Trace grips, but I might suggest that they will add at least $150 to the selling prices you see at auction.

If you decide to sell one, where are you located?

You may get a good sum like $500 for someone wanting a 'mint' CZ 75.  To me, it depends on the finish.  If it is blue, then $500 is probably fine - it wears OK, but on the old one it looks GREAT!  If it is black paint - no - not for me.  If used at all, they will just chip and look like a $250 gun in no time.  I'd rather buy a $250 CZ75 and refinish it.  BUT - some folks will pay a good sum even for a painted model and sit it in the safe.

On the CTs - if I were interested in a nice CZ75, I would NOT want to pay for the CTs.  EVen if I liked the CT grips, I'd rather buy separately unless they came at a real steal with the gun.  Then, you don't make out as well.

Also, if you really want a premium on them for the 'mint' condition, box and papers, etc. are a must.

The best feature going for you are the three mags!
