Sadly, No P-07 Duty for me, but I have MAG pics!
« on: March 11, 2009, 03:14:34 PM »
My wife seen the newer pics of the Duty. Seemed too large for her small hands.

Now she wants a PCR. So, the Duty will be on hold for a while.

However.

Click the links for some mag pics and measurements.

Mags will be from left to right: Glock/Duty/CZ75

I think that will lay the "duct tape" argument to rest. Nice pin, too!

Observations:

Mag will fit in Glock 19 with little wiggle:(  will not lock in.

Won't fit my Glock mag pouch easily.

Will fit High Noon SKIN shoulder rig pouches.
Hope the eventual gun will fit the holster.

Will accept 14 rounds with some effort, forget about
the 15th or 16th without a mag-loader or some days
with rounds in the mag(s).
Mag looks and feels like a H&K USP mag, without
the tapering.

Sounds like my old Witness mags, took a while for the springs to allow the top two in.

Duty mag will fit in my High Noon Second Skin mag pouch, but didn't as easily as a cz75 mag, until I backed out the retention screw.

The MAG and mag spring seems really robust. I think that CZUB did their homework on the Duty and
magazines.

Kev,

The P07 will be well suited to those with smaller hands.  It's actually pretty narrow in the grip for trigger reach.  I'll see if I can get some pics comparing it to my Rami and 75 Compact tomorrow.
