Rear sight replacement for CZ 82

I am looking to replace the rear sight of my low-shooting CZ82.  The current rear sight is stamped #2, and I'm looking to replace it with a #5.  I understand that CZ82 fixed sights are interchangeable with CZ 75 sights, but am having trouble locating a source for a #5 sight.  I've tried the CZ Custom website, but they don't stock them.  I've also tried emailing CZ USA but am not getting any response.  Anybody have any suggestions on where I go for a #5 CZ rear sight?

Rear sight height differs.  Under "sight adjustment" The CZ 83 manual says, "Elevation correction is carried out by exchanging rear sights for higher or lower sizes."
