Wolff springs for the CZ are REALLY springs for the Tanfoglio guns, and they don't fit tightly to the guide rod. What you've got is correct.
A new spring will be noticeably longer than an older one, but within a few weeks, they will compress slightly and take a set.
The other springs are a pre-B and B-model firing pin spring. You can just set them aside. There's no real reason to swap them out in a "B" model unless you know there's a firing pin spring problem.
If you want a tight-fitting spring, you can order the springs for a Browning Hi-Power, which are similar to the factory CZ springs. They have 14-pounders (CZ factory weight) and some a bit more; they are variable rate springs, which is OK. The standard BHP spring is 18 pounds, I think.
