does anyone know if P-01 slide will fit 75b frame? or any other compact slide on the full size 75 frame?

YES. Nearly all 75 frames and uppers are interchangeable that's why the Kadet kits fit most of them.

What about the barrels?? can you stick a full size 75 barrel barrel into a compact or it wouldn't work same like Glock 19 and 17?

I'm in Canada and I want a short slide with an longer (over 105mm/4.13") barrel to make it legal.

No. the P01 has 1 lug, the full sizes have 2.
