Over here (Australia) they don't. Even in the 602 days, I don't think that they did then either.

My 527 and 550 Standard both came with factory rings.... so when I opened my birthday gift, I was surprised to not see them. Now I need to get some .375 H&H dies and components. Like the express sights a lot, and am thinking about getting a 'smith to put them on my 550.
