SP-01 spare parts
« on: July 11, 2010, 01:13:37 PM »
What parts do you need to buy for SP-01,if you planning to have a gun for a long time?Does factory parts kit worth the money,is there(factory kit) a good combination of parts or should I buy parts separate? What is approximate life of each part, how many rounds?

I have a SA-75, I bought a slide stop , recoil spring and a hammer spring. About the same parts I keep for a 1911.

There is no point to keep all those on hand or your range bag. You may wanna have them on hand at home but they rarely get out of comission.
Slide stop may break and can be replaced at the range, extra main and recoil springs are nice to have in range bag as well as extra FO rod and extractor spring... and tools to replace those with :)
