Everyone here knows how much fun I have posting pictures, but that won't happen again for a while. Apparently my son was playing with it, and broke it. Can't afford a new one for a while, so when the Christmas stuff gets ready to be posted, it will be stock pictures only. Might get a camera in a few months, if all goes well.

If you can wait till the first i can throw a donation your way to help you with some camera funds, this forum has been an invaluable resource to me in the little amount of time i have been here and it's the least i could do. :)

Great idea, IF somebody will take charge and create a camera fund...I will send $10 if someone will post or pm an address.  Not very active on the forum much anymore, having a bit of depression, not sleeping well and too busy, but I love the forum and read often...

Well, that is unexpected, you guys don't have to do that! OK, I won't scream...saw some nicer ones at WalMart then I had, cheaper than what I paid for the old one...

hey armoredman is there a way you can set up a fund like you have for the site donations where we can designate funds for the camera, that you can access? Might be the easiest way to do it, or if you have an idea on the best way?

If you guys are really serious about this, first, I am deeply honored, second, the address we used for the old donations would be fine, just marked the monetary instrument, "camera".

Thank you to the gentleman who donated, that was truely awesome! I can now work some overtime, (wasn't authorized for a long time), so maybe I'll have a new one before Christmas, thanks again! 8)

A new camera is in hand, thanks to some great people, a Canon S50 Powershot. Not the newest by far, and 5 megapixel, but wow does it have features! As soon as I can get a CF card or two, back in business! YAY!
