You know we do not normally alter letters, so is should be pronounced exactly as it it written here. In "zbr" each letter clearly pronounced, "v" should be the same as in "veterinary" .
BTW, term "czech" comes from polish, and they pronounce the "ch" well. Unfortunatelly, you pronounce it like k as in Kate, and that is wrong... it is some soft type of "h"... we have "ch" as one additional letter in alphabet...
