I've done the green that has the most potent glow. The thing to do is have white paint on the layer below the flowing epoxy mix. I think the sample pack of powder should be plenty for a ten guns worth of glow.

If you get the GlowOn stuff it's already white and goes on thick, then has a sort of rough texture when dried.  You can add a "bubble" of it and then go over with a dab of clear nail polish.  No need for base white layers or anything.

I almost got the Glow Inc stuff but the reviews weren't quite as good as the GlowOn stuff.  It's probably the same thing though.
