I have a pdf file of the Czech military manual for the 9 mm Pistole vz. 82. I need it translated into English.

Have you tried any of the online translators? They work pretty good these days. If you have it in PDF you should be able to copy and past the text into one of them.

https://translate.google.com/

Just off the top of my head.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I have tried the online translation programs but they do literal translations. So "m?rka z?paln?ku a z?sobn?ku" which is item 2 of the gauge and tool kit is translated as "firing tray and dip stick" and "trn z?sobn?ku" is translated as "thorn tray". So where online translation site work well for general translation they do fall apart when it comes to specific technical fields.
