Anyone have the LPA SPR adjustable sights?
« on: November 08, 2011, 03:16:03 PM »
I noticed that with the CZ 75 9mm there is quite a change in point of impact from one bullet weight to another. I'm looking at the LPA SPR white outline sights to compensate. http://czcustom.com/LPA-SPR-CZ-75-WO.aspx

I know they sit kinda' high, but what the heck, it's for a range gun. I was hoping the white outline would help my older eyes.

Anyone have them, white outline or dots, and what do you think?

I have the all black SPR sights on my 75B.   I could have put a TPU on and used the stock front sight but I prefered the profile of the SPR rear sight.   The front post is definitely tall.   This doesn't concern me for the target shooting I do but it might snag in a holster if used in run and gun competitions.

Sorry I can't help with the dot/outline configuration.   As a bullseye shooter I prefer the plain sights.

Installing was fairly straight forward.   The rear sight taps out to the left and the front sight requires tapping out the roll pin and then tapping the sight out the front.  New front sight has to be relieved for the roll pin.   As I recall it was a 2mm drill bit I used.   Lots of info on CZ sight installation available.

Hope this helps.
