I want to pass along well-deserved words of praise for CZ-USA's customer service.
On Tuesday, October 4 I e-mailed CZ-USA explaining (but not complaining) that the front sight Tritium tube on my CZ 75 B Limited Edition had lost its glow. Within two hours I received a reply saying to send the slide and they'd replace the sight at no cost.
I responded by saying thanks very much and that I could save us both some trouble if they were willing to just mail me the front sight. They replied by saying they'd do this as soon as I sent my mailing address.
Since I'd been wanting to get some new recoil springs (and needed an excuse for ordering a CZ-USA hat), I called CZ-USA to place a consolidated order on Thursday afternoon, October 6. That night it occurred to me that I ought to have a couple of extra front sight roll pins. So, first thing Friday morning October 7 I called CZ-USA and asked if they could include the roll pins on the same order -- if it had not already been shipped.
Saturday morning, October 8 I was working in my garage shop when the Fed Ex truck rolled into my drive at about 11:00 am. (I live out in the boondocks, BTW.) He was delivering the CZ-USA package, complete with roll pins and all.
I've had good treatment by Ruger and Smith & Wesson. But my treatment by CZ-USA is the best I've ever experienced from anyone. I thought everyone here ought to know.
