I don't know why the experts haven't weighed in here, so I'll offer my experience. I have a standard Rami DA/SA, which I had CZ Custom convert to SAO, with a straight trigger, competition hammer, and no firing pin block. It's as easy to shoot well as the best compact 1911's, with a trigger pull of around 2 1/2 lbs.
As far as I know, the Rami P is the same mechanically as the aluminum-framed model, so you should be good to go. The decock version, however, as I understand it, can't be converted to SAO.
