official word is in line with the email from CZ-USA as
posted a few days ago.

PCR has been discontinued. They have no more at the
Factory or at CZ-USA.

I guess if one wants a more compact CZ than the 75B.
The Compact, CZ-100 or CZ83 is still out there.

Some have emailed me ..and look for PCR prices to jump sky high.

bleep,  I found a CZ40 for $299 I was going to pick up but I guess I'll have to go get a second PCR first.

Did they give any reasoning behind this decision? Bad sales or press,etc? Or is it because of P-01? Enquiring minds want to know.

AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!  I will somehow, admit this is my fault.  Somehow the Universe KNEW I wanted one and of course, I dont have the money for it...right now!  So, IE...prices will go up and guns will become harder to find.....;)
I better get one soon....we will have to see how Karma likes me in the future...shoot well

Well, it figures!  I find a pistol I like and it's discontinued!

You can bet that prices for the PCR will climb and I don't see the P-01 coming into the market at the  bargain price the PCR was at.

How long was the PCR in production?

Was the PCR discontinued because it lacked an M3 rail?

Another enquiring mind needs to know!

I am so glad I spent my birthday money and bought my PCR in February. Or else wife wanted it back for shopping. For once I was on the right side of the curve-unlike the stock market. I have put about 700 rounds through it so far. Just trying to break it in. It has been my only carry piece since I got it. Luckily, Michigan is a shall issue state. The only draw back that I can see is I haven't fired my 75b since I got the PCR. Only so much range time and PCR rules.

Probably discontinued in favor of the p-01 since they are supplying the Nat. Police with it.  Changed sights, and put on full length rails to support light.   My guess is you won't see till Nat. Police get theirs...CZUB reported sales to US at 6 million.thru 3rd quarter last year.  I find it hard to believe it was all pistols and rifles.  They changed molds and  out came the p-01. I don't think it is any secret that their real business is supplying European Govt. and Military.
