My VZ-58/AKM palm swell hand guard

I never liked my lower hand guard on my Vz because I think it's too small. So I bought a AKM and Vz lower hand guards and made this. I cut down the AKM HG with a band saw, and got a bit of heavy duty rubber matting from work, and JB welded the whole thing together. Some primer and paint and it's ready to go.
