How to check year of manufacture on CZ SP-01?

Just curious, how can I tell when the gun was manufactured? I see a little "12" to the left of a symbol which is to the left of the serial number on the front right side of the gun.

That would be it. Also the year my or may not be located above the extractor on the slide.
