Found it! A stainless hen's tooth!

All,

After finding a source here in the forum, I laid my hands (well not really), but bought online a 75B in matte stainless for $618.00
After shipping, transfer fee, and fired casing service, it'll be mine.  I'm thrilled as one of my local gun shops was charging $735 for the same in this "sellers" market.

BTW, is doing the trigger job (polishing), springs, etc, any different for a stainless vs carbon steel model?

I don't think anything changes internally from the matte stainless to the black polycoat 75B.  You'll see some differences between the decocker and manual safety guns obviously, and sometimes subtle internal differences between various models, but the finish shouldn't affect anything.  Congrats on the new purchase - and please post some pics once you get it home ! :)

Wow, $735 plus tax and BC is pretty dang high.
I bought a new high gloss SS for $625 total this year.
