Friend just bought his first cz...a PCR!

Took my friend into my lgs to try out a few pieces. He really liked the P07. The salesman went down stairs to see of he had one without a threaded barrel he came back up with a pcr bd. He said it came in tues and was logged yesterday. Only one. It was purchased for 529.00. Strange but... I'm really proud of my friends good choice and just a wee bit jealous!

Your friend made a great choice!  I got my first CZ - a 75BD Police about a month ago and now I've decided to look for another - either the P-01 or the PCR, not sure which.

Jealous of you all! I would love for my LGS to have a PCR (or any CZ for that matter) just sitting in the back room. I drive the two shops closest to me nuts because that is the first thing I ask whenever I go in.

I just picked up a CZ75 Compact at The Bullet Hole in Overland Park, KS. They had a PCR as well as a few other models for sale.

I'm the friend, that is being spoken of in this thread... Now that I'm an owner and I've had the chance to shoot it, I can honestly say that I got some great advice!  Love my PCR!!!

Optik, Out of curiosity, what made you choose the Compact over the PCR? So you can carry cocked-n-locked?

A PCR was my first CZ as well.  Liked it so much I bought two more CZs to keep it company.  Only problem is now I need one more to make it an even number.  Where will it end?
