Scored a whole Kadet today!
« on: April 06, 2013, 02:34:15 PM »
Just happy and want to share, purchased a used Kadet (with frame) and 3 mags today!  The owner stated only 300 rounds down the pipe, and looked and felt about right.  The trigger still feels like new and I need to break it in like my 11,000+ 9mm 75B.  Only had time to put 50 through this morning, but that number will be going up real soon.

Very impressed with the gun, but of course it is a CZ so how can you be dissapointed. 8)

Too Cool
Remember, just like the Kadet Kit, the Upper can run on most any Frame you'll have

NICE! They are the best full size 22 on the market. I cannot believe they are being discontinued.

This has always been my daughter's favorite handgun until yesterday. She was shooting a Buckmark and loved the trigger (it is sweet), easy to rack the slide and easy loading mag. Women are fickle. I STILL love the Kadet!

Buckmarks are nice
But I can't say I care much for the Grip

Great find, I am sorry they have discontinued the manufacturing of the pistol. I love CZ's, but feel the .22 Kadet was
a wonderful addition to their line.
Enjoy.

I think the discontinuation was forced by the price, sadly.  Tough to justify the cost for a dedicated .22 that is not a "target pistol".  I personally was looking for just the upper, but the price was too good to pass up.

Always nice to find a deal!

You're right about the price, but if you are manufacturing both parts anyway why not put them together and keep it in the product line. Even if the demand is low it fills a niche in the market. You can't sell it if it's not for sale.

Yeah the grip isn't the best part for me either. The plan is to add a suppressor later on to the 4" TacSolution threaded barrel (which is at TS being fixed) I know it can be done with a Kadet, but I like the different options on the Buckmark platform.

Went out this afternoon and put 200 through the Kadet today.  ;D  Very happy, nearly as accurate as my Ruger MKIII, but so much more enjoyable to shoot. Did a couple of full mag dumps to see if it would choke, nope! flawless even with junk Remington "golden bullet" ammo.

Now try the Upper on your 75B
