I contacted Tristar this week to order parts to develop some new Canik products.  No dice.  They only sell replacement parts if you reference a serial number.

Bummer.  This killed some new stuff for Caniks.

Terrible service, I strongly doubt Caniks are in such high demand you have to have a serial # to order parts. Their loss.

Guys,

Thank you for the serial number offers.  But on an expanded parts ordering scenario, this would not work.  I would like to contact Canik directly but don't know how.  Anyone have any direct contact links to Canik?

Unfortunately, this is exactly why I sold my C-100.

Here is the link for their form contact pasted below. They also have an international number listed on the page, but I don't know if you could get anyone on the phone that speaks English but you might be able to:

Another option may be to try to contact some of the guys at Bud's gun shop as they somehow initially got some exclusive rights to import some of the Caniks (I have never dealt with them directly, so I don't know how helpful they may or may not be). There has to be a sales rep they deal with directly for the US--Maybe by contacting Canik first, you can find out. If that doesn't work, Bud's might be able to give you some contact info for the US sales rep.

What about Century Arms? I believe they import Caniks too.  They might not be helpful, but they sell Stingrays and some other Caniks.

The S-120 I got from Bud's was imported by a company called R. Ox. NJ.  They are based in New Jersey and a google search pulls up an address and phone number for them.  Maybe they can help.

I have contacted canik twice, tristar once, and century once,  and have zero responses.

Glad I found this thread, I'm hoping to buy a spare thumb safety for my c-100. Intending to sculpt away some of the thickness and angle it at the rear a touch. Should be fairly straightforward but nice to have access to parts if I get things so thin that it weakens it.

The dropped safety lever for a T-100 might work well too if I can get one.
