Benq, what was your impression of the Hogue grip when you put it on?  I have large hands also.  How were the finger grooves?  Let me know.  Thanks

The grip bunched up just under the beavertail. It could be solved with some minor cutting. I like the palm swell. I felt my hand had lots of contact giving me a good firm grip. It helped me managed recoil a bit better.  The finger grooves are nice it does help in finger placement thus I get a consistent hold every time I draw.  My only real complaint was it wasn't tight enough around the pistol grip to give me confidence it wouldn't shift/move the more I shot. In the end I gave it to a buddy who appreciated it more than me. The P-07 was my first center fire pistol and I purchased the grip just a few weeks of owning the gun. I'd give it another shot. I'm at the point where I have a better understanding of how I shoot and where I need improvements on.

I currently don't have an addon grip and the pistol aggressive texture still doesn't bother me at all.

Okay, screw the gloves, no offense guys but when I am being threatened or assaulted, I don't want to ask the perp to wait a minute so I can put on my gloves, nor practice with them at the firing range when you won't be using them all the time.  Go to Amazon and order a Pachmayer glove grip for a CZ 75/85 for $13.98 and it is awesome.  Got mine yesterday and you will love it.  As stated it fits like a glove.  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002E4A0ZU/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The seemed little rough in the beginning but I'm used to it now.  Feels great every time I hold it.

Speaking of gloves, what kind of shooting gloves do you guys prefer?

Same as above. I have some camo mechanix gloves. Not the super thick ones though.
