Does Czechpoint or anyone else besides Century sell a VZ with a fixed stock?

Czechpiont has stated that they can no longer offer rifles with Beaver Barf do to the fact that the parts kits are drying up. It looks like Century probably bought all of the parts kits for their current run. The only ones I can find are the VZ2008s being sold by J&G sales.

Century (which you don't want) sells them. At least JG does. But they're $900.

Buy one from someone (Czechpoint/etc) and buy the stock itself if you want.

There maybe some smaller shops that make them still. But I can't say for sure.

Czechpiont has the bare stock and the complete stock kit in stock right now.

There is also this set on eBay but it ships from Slovakia.

And don't pay any attention to this comment.

Nothing wrong with the Century rifle. Mine is a blast to shoot. We can get into this Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge debate but in the end it's mostly personal opinion. If you're like me and don't have endless funds, buy Century and a fixed stock and enjoy it

Numrich also sells.

Think VZ58rifle.com sells the maple real wood versions.

FYI, Some have reported issues with fit when installing fixed wood stocks on folders.

Is czechpoint selling any VZ58's at this point?

I've just had back luck with Century guns that's why I am a little wary

C'mon fellas. Reading comprehension. The original post said "anyone else besides Century". Which is why I said "(which you don't want)".

Geez. I've said numerous times. That though I prefer the CSA guns. I do think that the Century guns are generally fine. If I didn't already have two CSA rifles and had an extra $450 lying around. I probably would have bought a vz 2008 when AIM had 'em in packages for $429.

Again. Reading comprehension and don't jump to conclusions.

Just and FYI on the Numrich stock...I ordered a fixed stock and all the hardware from Numrich.  I had to return it all because it was in such bad shape.  The stock itself look like it had been sitting in a mud puddle for 30 years, and had the existing hardware stripped out of it so it was totally unusable.  Had to return everything.

I think Ironwood designs is still selling their wood furniture sets for the VZ (their pic, obviously):

It's not the "beaver barf" but looks quite a bit better in my opinion. I've toyed with the idea of getting a set myself.

Here's a link to their page:

Two points to consider: 1.) they don't sell the hardware for the stock, so you'd need to get that from czechpoint, bonesteel, or somewhere similiar; and 2.) you would probably need to buy a full furniture set, including the handguards and pistol grip.

Numrich sells all the parts as parts -- about a half dozen screws, plates, etc, you need. Priced it out and pricewise, it's the best way to go.

Those ironwood stocks are nice!
