Lose rear sight

Anybody run into 1 yet.  I ran about 500 rounds this Sunday and noticed a lot of wobble and play in my rear sight.  Pulled out an allen and tried to tighten it down but didnt do anything.

Same thing happened to mine after about 400-500 rounds and I tightened it with an Allen key and I've never had that problem again.
