Where to find Bonesteel or Troy in stock?
« on: February 17, 2014, 08:11:35 AM »
I'm looking for either a bonesteel upper or a troy barrel clamp.  I know the troy has been discontinued, but does anyone know where they may be in stock?  I ordered one from optics planet and were told they would not be receiving any more.

Anyone with a heads up?  Thanks.

NEA are the same as Troy, Troy actually rebranded NEA -- and the bonesteel and NEA uppers VERY similar.  Found at NEA's retail outlet:   http://www.theammosource.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=14_288_290

Bonesteel might be able to sell you just a lower and/or upper, but give him a call to see!  The complete set is on backorder I believe.

That said, there are about a half dozen handguard threads on this main page alone covering all of this in more detail.  Read up and good luck!

The Troy clamp is no longer produced. I found a used one on another forum.
I can't speak to the availability of the Bonesteel railed foregrip. I got one, but took quite long.
Scour the forums for the clamp, post some want ads and keep your fingers crossed.
Good luck.

Thanks guys for the info.  The NEA looks promising if I can't find a Troy.  I'd really like to keep the original upper handguard in place.

So......anyone have a Troy barrel clamp they would like to part with?
