will 452 safety lever fit into Norinco JW?

Hello!
Since I've seen different safety levers on 452 rifles I wonder if one of the "right" levers would fit into a Norinco JW bolt?
BTW another quest: does a 452 bolt handle fit on a TU-KKW bolt? That would make scoping a lot easier!
