A very short browse through this forum will give you probably 1000s of threads about this subject.

Here's one that took me all of 10 seconds to find: http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=45464.msg263315#msg263315

Inter arma enim silent leges - Cicero

I wasn't born in America, but I got here as fast as I could.

Obviously not hard to find trigger info,I was more interested about a comparison of the two mfgs and their kits.

Widge was pointing out that many have purchased and used just what you are asking about.  Examples of each of the options (there are many) are posted here for review of results.
I have experienced both CZC and CGW and both provide great service and and excellent work.
CGW has had  manufactured upgraded parts kits made for "drop-in" mods for the user,  that include new hammers, springs, disconnector, sears, firing pin and more.  CGW offers several options in kits  that all have very good reviews and perform as advertised and will also install the kits for a fee.
CZCs Competition Hammer is a very popular upgrade they have designed and had made.  They too offer individual parts you can order and custom packages that 'they'  will install.
Again,  good reviews for all these options.

I didn't answer your question because both have the knowledge, skill and parts to provide exactly what's advertised,  at the prices advertised on their websites.
It's a very long list of options.
By trigger job,  the basics are polishing of key action components that both will do or can be done by you following the guidelines posted here.

If you state your primary use for your specific pistol and what you specifically would like to have improved/changed,  many will make recommendations based on their experiences.
Over 90% will suggest polishing of the action parts, lighter springs and  a new hammer as a great start.  O0
