On my SAR K2P, which has a very similar Grip to your SAR B6P, I use the full size Hogue Handall Universal Grip Sleeve, which also provides a nice palmswell in addition to front Finger Grooves.
Sarsilmaz/EAA SAR K2P 9mm with SAR 15 round Magazine, but also works great with Cz75 17 and 19 round Magazines
Another slimmer alternative would be the Pachmayr Grip Glove for the Cz75. Either will serve you well.
