My first CZ...Awesome gun!!!

I was in the market for a .45, but didn't know what to get.  After thinking for a while I remembered that my dad had a CZ-52 9mm and I remembered how much I enjoyed shooting it.  The gun was old but it was fun especially shooting with my dad.  So I decided to look on CZ's website and it was love at first sight.  The CZ-97b called my name.  You know those guns that just speak to you?  This one did that.  So, I bought it and it finally came in today.  The gun fit perfectly.  It wasn't too heavy and it was extremely well balanced.  Thanks to MD I have to fill out about 1001 pieces of paper and wait 8 days for the state police to clear me to actually take it home, but in 8'days I'll be a CZ-97 shooter.  Had to share guys!  My pics below:

Take lots of ammo. The 97 shoots so smooth and soft you'll blast right threw it, but that's a good thing!

Thanks guys!  It's a real sweet gun.  Can't wait to shoot it.  I'm a military guy and we all carry Beretta M9 9mm...very dated gun but okay I guess.  This CZ is no comparison. 


As far as the concealed carry in NY...how did your son manage to get that?  In MD it's virtually impossible.

I have to admit, I was dubious at first....but after two range sessions, I love my CZ 97B.  You pick it up and it's like "come to Papa".  Feels good, shoots great.  Even the stock trigger is not all THAT bad but can't wait to get a month off and ship it down to CGW.  UPS just delivered another 2,000 rounds of 45 ACP.  bleep, that guy just wants to kick it off the truck without really stopping ....LMAO.

The 97 is very, very nice. Great choice.
Don't read those quotes about Cajun Gun Works. Ignore them. Don't read them.
But if you want the sweetest most accurate .45acp auto around. Check thier website!
Mine is absolutely awesome!
