Are cz 83 380 and cz 82 9x18 makarov slides interchangeable?

With mine, the 83 slide and recoil spring went on the 82 w/o issue.  However, the 82 slide and recoil spring on the 83 frame felt really rough and gritty (enough to hold the slide back w/o using the stop).  The grittiness could be due to wear; my 83 is from 1991, and my 82 is from 1988.
