That's exactly what I was looking for.  I just printed it out for myself.

emjei, I think that's at least twice you've helped me out in the past 72 hours :)

That's what Forum members do !!!

glad i found this thread.  thanks emjei for the CZ pic. i wanted the SP01 Tactical, but since it's off roster, the one with the standard safety looked goofy to me.  glad to see there's solution to reduce the size down.

any different in the trigger out of the box between the SP01 Tactical (decocker) vs the SP01 (safety)?

I have a SP-01 Tactical, and my friend has an SP-01/standard safety model, and, out of the box, the triggers were just about identical. Keep in mind, though, that the stock trigger in both versions left something to be desired. Long, heavy DA pull, with a lighter, (yet still somewhat heavy for what it is,) SA pull, with a bit of creep. However, nothing that can't be remedied with a few relatively inexpensive parts from CGW or CZC. I put the SRS-2 kit from CGW in my gun, along with a floating trigger pin and reduced power trigger return spring, and it got my DA pull down to about 7.5 pounds, and the SA was reduced to about 4-4.5 pounds, and far less creepy. I opted to not put a race hammer in, as I wanted to keep it production legal. But wow, what a tremendous difference those parts made, well worth every penny. I did the exact same mods to my 97, except I went with the SRS-1 kit and race hammer, and the results were even better. The DA pull is a bit heavier than my SP-01, due to the 13# hammer spring instead of the 11.5# spring, but that race hammer made the SA pull absolutely incredible. It now breaks like a glass rod, and if I ever had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate.

I sold my Tactical and got me a Shadow.......besides the mm diferences in SA PreTravel they are excellent guns.

Decocker is a plus when loading and making ready

Viking343: thanks for the info!  that's what i did on my P01 right now.  Just the ultralite SD kit. didn't change the sear and race hammer yet.  floating trigger pin i did as well and did the polish.  but the slack is still there.  saving up bits by bits for each mod, but already shoots like a beauty with 11.5# spring.  :)
