.40 S&W CZ Scorpion Evo 3 ???

It looks like CZ might be considering making a .40 version and bringing it to the U.S.

Has anyone heard anything else besides what's on these websites?

Haven't heard it but it makes sense from a couple of viewpoints. I'd prefer to see one in 10mm or 38 Super, but I am in a minority.

My local Central Texas Walmart had the CZ USA "special edition" magazine/catalog on their magazine shelf.  EVO was on the cover, but the emphasis of the front half and where it started (the magazine part) was on the CZ-USA's product line's suitability for law enforcement... 

In that vein, the 40 S&W makes sense why they'd offer...  But w/ the FBI killing .40 S&W for their agents and a lot of LE agencies following suit in short order, I wouldn't be surprised if 40 S&W never comes to market unless some major agency or large LE department decides to buy a department-wide trunk gun or similar...
