You'd be well served either way. I hate to sound clich?, but the one that fits your hand best is the one you should get.
AND to further the gun board clich?, you should buy both! ;-)
Sig wins the track record argument (for now)...
The Sig is a proven sidearm issued by the French and to some US military personnel. The p07 is well on its way to being a proven sidearm.
