chances are you new to guns and the recoil you dont like is just from not being use to it or not knowing how to handle it.
Don't think of it as "resisting" the recoil, but "go with the flow".
Also, when it comes to recoil buffers like those they may work but when they decide to fall apart in your gun while youre shooting, you won't like them or having to deal with one. Also, murphys law comes to mind.
You can swap out recoil springs to match the loads youre shooting or the other way around as mentioned.
also, the heavier the bullet, the more recoil. Remember one of newtons law.
