I installed the CGW "Ultra-Lite" kit (#54420) in my 75 Omega. It comes with a 13# and an 11.5# hammer spring, tweaked firing pin, lighter firing pin spring and lighter firing pin block spring. I think a 15# spring is generally recommended as low as you should go for sure ignition with stock parts, but that's to make sure it works with all kinds of ammo, which doesn't sound like an issue for you. The kit just seemed to me to be cheap way to add some durability and flexibility. I think the reduced power TRS is often used in fine tuning a trigger pull.
