New to me C-100

I just picked up a used C-100. I really liked the feel and size of it, also it came with 2 13rd mags.
This one is more "well used" then my L-120. I have a couple questions
First, I looked up the serial number On EAA's site. It says, "number not found". Anywhere else to look for a date code? It's T6472-12 xx xxxxx. I was assuming the 12 was the year code. Just wanted to be sure.
Also, it has a full sized guide rod and a recoil spring that looks braided. The spring looks worn to me. What is the factory original spring strength and where is the best place to get one?
Oh, also, it has night sights. They do charge, but mostly are just dark. Is it time for me to look for better sights? I would like a FO front sight.

FYI, your C-100 was imported by TriStar, not EAA.  http://www.tristararms.com/products/semi-automatic-pistols/c-100-pistols/

TriStar should be able, and very willing, to supply you with any spare parts you may need.

Finally got this pistol to the range today. As expected, it shot great. I pulled a few shots low and left, but if I did my part, it was very accurate and trouble free. I just had one time the slide didn't go all the way into battery. I'm pretty sure that was an ammo issue.

Late to the party here...but, I'm a new guy and reading through all the threads.

My C100 is quickly becoming my favorite pistol - perfect grip, balance and weight for me. It just feels excellent in hand.
