I have used a shoulder holster for years.  It works well for me being only 5' 9 and a 165lbs.  I carried my Sig M11-A1 in the Galco Miami Vice shoulder holster and now the PCR fits right in it.  I wear a light bush jacket over a T-shirt or polo shirt for summer and the PCR fits right up under the arm pit.  I also leave the bush jacket unbutton.  I also sometimes use a sticky holster IWB.  This one can fit anywhere IWB.

If it is too hot.  I then just carry my Sig P238 in my shorts pocket.

The sub-par stock sights and absence of aftermarket replacements is my only negative for the PCR.

Hey guys,

So far I am loving my new PCR, except for one little thing, so I figured I would ask the CZ experts here. As we all know, with a CZ, there is less slide surface to hang onto for purposes of racking it. I'm having some difficulty with that on the PCR. It's easier if the hammer is cocked first, but still pretty stiff. Anyone got any tricks that might help with this? Could be old age creeping up on me, or maybe it will get easier as the gun is broken in. Any suggestions appreciated.

I think the slide spring is 16LBs.  These were made so you could use +P ammo.  However, if you are not ever going to use +P ammo.  Then I think they have a 14LB slide recoil spring for the PCR.

It is much easier if you place your off hand over the pistol while holding closer to the body. Hold slide with your off hand and push with your grip hand while turning to maintain safe direction downrange.

You may also catch an ejected live round this way to clear the gun.

Hope that helps. ;D
