Ok, I'll help spend your money. I'll add some info about me to know why I would suggest some of these items. I compete (sometimes poorly!!!) in local IDPA matches with a non-Shadow SP01 or a pre-B converted to SAO. I also own a Compact D with Rail (P01 before there was a P01). All three of these CZ's have some to a bunch of parts from CGW and CZ Custom in them.
From CGW:
SRS-2: short reset kit with the extended firing pin and spring, lifter, lifter spring, retaining pin and 11.5 lb and 13 lb hammer springs
RP-TRS: Reduced power trigger return spring
TR-PIN: Floating trigger pin
E-Z/D-9/40: EZ drift sights fiber optic front serrated black rear (my SP01 and SAO pre B have these sights)
1485/T1 or T2: Type 1 or 2 Disconnector
14-RSC: 14 pound recoil spring for the compact CZ's
and maybe the CZ Custom Comp hammer for decockers (10114), but I am not completely positive it is IDPA legal. The CGW hammers are for sure not legal in IDPA.
The hammers if legal are going to give a much crisper SA trigger pull. Stock CZ's hammers are known to have some to a lot of hammer camming which often end up having some stacking before the trigger breaks. On my Compact D the hammer was actually pretty good so I didn't change it out in my case to keep some costs down. Mine was a Israeli surplus pistol so its had some rounds through it. I was surprised at how nice the trigger was stock, but that didn't stop me from improving it.
When I get a new (to me) CZ I buy the same few parts for every one: reduced power trigger return spring, floating trigger pin, lighter hammer springs, and an extended firing pin/lighter firing pin spring. The SRS-2 takes care of the hammer springs, extended firing pin/spring plus some extras items for the firing pin block.
In my SP-01 I originally had a Type 2 disconnector that is "drop in" on the FPB equipped CZ's. I wanted the shortest reset possible so I ordered a Type 1 which has to be fit to a FPB CZ. I fitted it and it has an incredibly short reset while still keeping the FPB function. The Type 2 was then moved into the Compact D, and had to be fitted for both DA and SA reset in my case. My Compact D had a serrated trigger which I hated so it also got my pre-B stock trigger which has a little more meat on the back side where it contacts the frame. So in effect it acts as a 85C trigger with the overtravel screw that I can't adjust. It also has the SRS-2 running the 11.5 pound hammer spring, 14 lb recoil spring, trigger return spring and the floating trigger pin. I polished it up myself and installed all the parts. It has a short and crisp SA trigger pull around 3 lbs and the DA is much smoother and about 6.5 lbs.
And without a doubt don't waste your money on CZ mags. Buy the cheaper Mec-Gar mags and maybe spend some of that savings on some different base pads.
