I just installed my TBR tonight (along with the mag release and a hogue hack job)  My TBR is "tight" it has already broken in a little.  I may get some emery cloth and pop it back out and giv it a little polishing, but otherwise she works well.  To be fair, by stock bolt catch was "sticky" as well. Over all I'm very happy with it.  I may also take a bit of jewelers rouge and polish the channel for the bolt release as well.  Now just need more ammo and time!   ;D

The hole in the receiver for the TBR "may" have a burr on the bottom end away from the bolt.  Mine did and it would bind and grab and was hard to operate.  I used a drill bit that was larger than the TBR shaft and chamfered/countersunk the hole in the receiver.  That removed the tiny burr around the hole. It works really smooth now and is easy to operate.
