I don't need no stinkin' custom 1911 bullseye gun, I just need to quit jerking the trigger...

CGW "E" is perfect.  Shooter needs work.  But I'm getting there...

I thought I could get a 100 target on video today but just not quite their yet.  Maybe next week.

Thanks, gentlemen, I'm having more frequent "good days" at the range as I home in on the right combination of gun parts and mental discipline.  Toughest thing to do is to forget the "off" shots as quickly as possible and relish and reinforce what I did right to get the 18 tens out of twenty.  It is the 18 tens that are hard to put together on one day.  It's easy to shoot 8s, LOL.  To keep the video short, I cut out one 98-5x target, so it was a really good day with the CZ.  I didn't even get the Kadet out of the bag.  We are having a short match on Thanksgiving weekend, and I think I will shoot the CZ-97 instead of the Kadet, as we get to choose whether to enter the centerfire match or the rimfire match.  Either way, may be a light participation day.

Really great!

You are right-handed, correct?
Little trigger issue with this flyer at 7, I suppose.

You might get your rear sight one click higher?

I?m able to make 380+ of 400 at the German precision contests (from the DSB), with my CZ97Sport.
But I know, that the pistol is able to do more.

Never have been over 386 on a match so.

JayJay1--yes, right handed, and yes, trigger finger issue on the 7 ring hit on the first target and on the 9 ring hit on the second target.  I am still adapting to the trigger changes that I made last week.  A little more dry fire and some match time and I'll be there.  Good shooters get all their rounds in the 10 ring and most in the x.  I'm not there quite yet, but there is hope for me on a calm day after a good night's sleep with all the stars aligned.

Yes, I know exactly what you are talking about.

If my mindset is not fine, if I had some trouble in my job or with my family, if I?m not right there where I should be, then I never will gain a good result.
Sometimes it is wasting ammo and I?m stopping my training after a couple of rounds.

I have shot my best results, when I was in the right mood, especially, when I make it to a point, where I?m there, me, my pistol and the target, nothing else.

Keep it up my friend.
