I just pulled up my order confirmation and it doesn't mention the rail. It says cloak tuck 2.0  IWB for Witness 4.5 Poly. So if it doesn't specifically state not the railed version it probably is the railed version.

I have the cloak tuck 2.0 for the poly. Mine has the rail.

Can you change the sights on the SAR pistols?  Witness polymers seem to have front sights that are milled into the slides.

In theory, Yes, since the SAR Pistol Slides use Sights that can be removed.

In Practice, finding something that will fit will be a chore! Don't know of anything on the General Market, as yet.
