You ok man?

Out of six posters two said they'd like to try them.
Two said they probably wouldn't like them.
One had an idea to get them on your pistol.
One shared his experience with unconventional sights.

This is a discussion board right?

As far as putting another manufacturers sights on a CZ I am sure that if anyone of the posters knew they would have answered.

I'd venture that it's not an option otherwise we would have by now seen P series pistols with those sights.
You could research it start here:

No, they aren't. CZ has their own dove tail. Now you could get a set, and thru trial and error, slowly file on them, and eventually "maybe" get them to fit. I'm not sure which set would even get you close to start with. To have a smith do this would cost quite a bit (hourly charge).
Even if you got them to fit, they wouldn't look like they were made for the pistol. Milling would make them fit exactly. Costly yes, but you'd have a unique pistol all your own.
Have you contacted the company about making them for CZ? You get enough people interested to contact them they may do that.
Looks like they offer Sig, Glock, and XD's. To set up the tooling for a whole new brand, they would need a whole lot of people interested. I don't personally think they'll get enough interest to warrant the investment in retooling. But that's just my opinion.
As CZ owners we take on the knowledge that we miss out on some aftermarket possibilities. So as CZ owners we do what comes naturally---
Find what we want, hope they make it for us, when they say "nope, not possible", we go "oh ya, watch this".
Take it to a smith, have the work done that we want, listen to people go "man, you could have bought a whole new pistol for that"
Tell them "sure, but then I wouldn't have a pistol near as nice as my CZ", and tell them "Ppppttttttpppttt[emoji12][emoji12][emoji12].
Over come and adopt. Someone may know which sight is close. Call CGW, or CZC, they'll know which is close, and what to do, or if they can be fit to your slide. If you can do it yourself, buy what you want, put them on, and then tell us---

DOC we do not all have to like the same things. like I said if these work for you and you can get them on your gun go for it and enjoy. No one is knocking you at all for that. Finding what you like in this sport is what it's all about.
I like things that others despise and I do not care one iota.I march to the beat of my own drum as should every one.
Imagine how boring it would be if we all had to use or were forced to use the same items without choice. Pretty boring and mundane huh. The market is diverse find your niche and enjoy it.

I have a idea.  Maybe too Bubba for most of you  :o .  Would it be too hard to cut three diamond shaped small pieces of paper, color the middle one red and stick them to the sights of your CZ?  If you really like it, make them permanent by making them out of colored plastic (such as from an arts and crafts store), epoxy them permanently and file the sights to approximate the shape of the Speed Sights.

Meh, definitely not something I'd want to run on a pistol.

For defensive shooting I really like the Ameriglo I-Dot Pro's (same concept up front as the Trij HD's, a bright outline around the lamp,  only with a single/"straight 8" style rear dot in the center) and sadly while CZC makes a version for the SP-01/75 pistols they don't (yet?) make them for the.  I run these on all my Glocks including my 10mm G20's and I'm VERY fast with them from the holster but oddly I prefer the FO/Black combo for target and shooting fun-comps on my SP-01.  IN good light nothing works as well for me as the FO front...

I removed a couple of posts on this thread for getting a WEE bit out of line. Keep it on the straight and narrow, thank you.

I may try this with some creative masking and some bright spray paint....
