No, they aren't. CZ has their own dove tail. Now you could get a set, and thru trial and error, slowly file on them, and eventually "maybe" get them to fit. I'm not sure which set would even get you close to start with. To have a smith do this would cost quite a bit (hourly charge).
Even if you got them to fit, they wouldn't look like they were made for the pistol. Milling would make them fit exactly. Costly yes, but you'd have a unique pistol all your own.
Have you contacted the company about making them for CZ? You get enough people interested to contact them they may do that.
Looks like they offer Sig, Glock, and XD's. To set up the tooling for a whole new brand, they would need a whole lot of people interested. I don't personally think they'll get enough interest to warrant the investment in retooling. But that's just my opinion.
As CZ owners we take on the knowledge that we miss out on some aftermarket possibilities. So as CZ owners we do what comes naturally---
Find what we want, hope they make it for us, when they say "nope, not possible", we go "oh ya, watch this".
Take it to a smith, have the work done that we want, listen to people go "man, you could have bought a whole new pistol for that"
Tell them "sure, but then I wouldn't have a pistol near as nice as my CZ", and tell them "Ppppttttttpppttt[emoji12][emoji12][emoji12].
Over come and adopt. Someone may know which sight is close. Call CGW, or CZC, they'll know which is close, and what to do, or if they can be fit to your slide. If you can do it yourself, buy what you want, put them on, and then tell us---
