P-01 Updates

I'm looking at picking up a used P-01 that appears to be in great shape. Pics indicate it was manufactured in 2004. Can anyone comment on updates or other changes to the P-01 from 2004 to present. The serial number on this one begins with A. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only changes that I know of, besides the slide stop spring is the change from silver to black finish on the barrel.  As far as I could find it was only a cosmetic change, not a functional one.  But, I am by no means completely versed on all the subtle variations of CZ.
