Just saw an Instagram pic from SHOT, and there is a Flat Dark Earth BREN 805 on the rack. So much win in one package.

Wonder if this is what will be released in semi auto for us ???   It looks different than the military version which has a FDE upper, but the lower and stock assembly are black.   Thanks for posting picture.

The MSRP is $2099 for the FDE version, and I think that is the final civilian legal version right there. I hope so - me want. Looking for a place that buys blood plasma...

Me want too !!!    I do like it -- just different from what I was expecting.   I have seen gray, black, and fde uppers, but all had black lowers and stocks.  Is a must have though !!!!

Thinking out loud -- I wonder if the fde polymer components are US made for 922r purposes? 

The uppers being aluminum were no doubt painted, but the lowers look to be polymer poured w/ that color integral...

the FDE is indeed a different color than the older military version ones, the polymer lower is from the czech's, they have the capabilities to do quite a few different colors of polymer if you look at the P-07/P-09 line.  you will likely see something like the muzzle brake, piston, and disconnect made in the states to meet compliance, everyone is already using US mags.
